When is the best time to play when using Telkom's ADSL

Well according to telkom statistics, Peak internet traffic is between 10:30 to 13:30 and then again 16:30 to 19:30.  From my experience though ive come to find that the internet is at it's fastest speeds from about 9pm onwards until 10 am in the morning. So i guess if you are an insomniac, playing late at night is the best time to play.
