For all budding indie game developers, incase you have not heard. CryEngine3 one of the most referred and powerful gaming development engines is now available for Free.

Crytek, the independent Frankfurt group famous for its CryEngine, has become another notable engine vendor to offer its tech at no initial cost. This should intensify the rivalry between epic games as both companies are keen to let their game engines be the defacto standard in the gaming industry.

Carl Jones, Crytek’s engine business director, said he hopes the free SDK will “lead to new companies being formed and using our engine”. Download Link after the readmore

With all the new trailers erupting from the caldera of Gamescom, you start to wonder if you'll have enough time to even play any of the big budget releases coming out in the near future, then you see something like this, and say to yourself: I'll MAKE time. It does look like its gone a little call of duty in the beginning though.
